Privacy information.
How information you share through our travel enquiry form is handled.
Site owner: Please review before public launch. This is a practical privacy-notice draft. Confirm your legal/business identity, public privacy contact method, email and Web3Forms retention practices, and applicable privacy requirements before accepting real visitor enquiries.
1. Information you choose to provide
When you submit the Plan My Trip form, we collect your name, email address, travel preferences, any preferred date, number of travelers, intended length of stay, destination interest and the information you write in your message. Please do not share passports, payment card information or other sensitive documents through this form.
2. Why we use this information
We use your information to read your enquiry, reply to you, discuss possible travel arrangements and keep a record of our correspondence for follow-up. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing emails.
3. Form and email providers
Our enquiry form uses Web3Forms, which processes submitted information and forwards notification emails to our selected email account. Web3Forms describes itself as a processor of form-submission information and uses service providers to operate its platform. Please read its policy for details about storage, transfers, security and retention.
4. Storage and retention
Messages may remain in our receiving email account and in Web3Forms in accordance with their service settings and retention terms. We aim to keep enquiry correspondence only while reasonably needed for the enquiry or related obligations, then delete it when no longer required. Web3Forms states that its form submissions can be retained for up to three years, depending on settings and plan.
5. Your choices and requests
You may ask about the information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion where applicable. For now, you can reach the site operator by using the Plan My Trip form and writing “Privacy request” in your message, or by replying to an email you have received from us. A dedicated public contact address should be added before launch.
6. External content and services
Some pages load photographs from external image hosts and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may receive technical request information such as your IP address. Website hosting and security providers may also process routine technical logs.
7. Changes
We may update this notice if our service, providers or information-handling practices change. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
